MINIM is an Australian design brand founded on a belief in lived music: the shared musical experiences that benefit our wellbeing, and the spaces that encourage play and passion. We explore how playing and listening to music shapes our everyday lives through products and content.

MINIM was inspired by the impact of music on our everyday lives—its ability to change moods, generate emotions or shift perspectives. We wanted to create pieces that would elevate the experience of playing and listening to music in daily spaces, bringing the idea of a “music room” to any room. We produce timeless, beautiful pieces to complement your instruments and living spaces, and in our content series exploring the daily rituals of resident musicians.

Founded in Melbourne, Australia, we are committed to championing local design and supporting Australian talent, from industrial design to material suppliers to the steelworkers, stonemasons and leather workers we are privileged to collaborate with.

We also believe in business with a purpose beyond profit. MINIM donates 5% of every sale to not-for-profit social and environmental organisations helping to preserve our planet.
